Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Some of our products such as ceiling-mounted lights require basic installation. Most items are plug-in and require no tools. Each product page includes specific installation details and requirements so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Yes. All products in the Hearthwood collection meet standard safety certifications. Our lighting products are UL listed or equivalent and our wellness products meet all applicable consumer safety standards. If you have specific questions about a product please contact us directly.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier website. If you have any issues tracking your order please contact us and we will help immediately.

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly so we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
