Our Return Policy

We want you to love every Hearthwood product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items. No complicated processes, no interrogations — just reach out and we will take care of you.

How to Start a Return

• Contact us through the Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and the reason for your return
• We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
• Drop it off at any carrier location

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Items that have been used beyond normal inspection and show significant wear
• Custom or personalized orders
