Every Hearthwood order ships free — no minimum, no exceptions. We believe the cost of shipping should never be a barrier to creating the home you deserve.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days (additional cost at checkout)
- Larger items such as full sauna units: 7-14 business days
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are working on expanding to international shipping and will announce when it is available.
